Rates include the use of one boat & motor per cottage or free launching and docking of up to two of your own boats PLUS free use of all guests facilities.

Applicable sales taxes, gas and oil are not included in the above rates.
Pets, we love them, but regret that we cannot accept them in the summer.
No increase in party without prior approval.
Guests are fully responsible for all damages including boats and motors.
Minimum deposit of $200 per cottage.
Deposits are due within 10 days of reservation.
Deposits are refundable 60 days notice prior to arrival date less $100 administration fee.
Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time is before 9:00 a.m.
US currency accepted at prevailing rate of exchange.
All rates are subject to change.
